Pest Control Cost Per Month (Georgia, 2026)
We are a referral service, not a pest control contractor — we may be paid when you call. Full disclosure.
Monthly pest control plans in North Georgia run $40–$118. The spread is wide because the low end and the high end are not the same product — one is quarterly service billed monthly, the other bundles termite monitoring and a full mosquito season.
What each tier actually contains
| Roughly | What you get |
|---|---|
| $40–55/mo | Four quarterly treatments, billed monthly. Free retreatment between visits with good operators. |
| $60–85/mo | Above, plus termite bait monitoring or year-round termite protection. |
| $95–118/mo | Above, plus a full mosquito season — typically eight treatments April–October. |
Costs for specific pests
General plans cover most things. These are the ones quoted separately, and each has its own pricing logic:
- Mosquito control cost in Georgia — priced by season, not by visit
- Cockroach treatment cost — German roaches are the expensive exception
- Ant control cost — fire ants and carpenter ants sit outside plans
- Bed bug treatment cost — never covered by a general plan
- Wildlife removal cost — priced in stages
- Exterminator vs pest control — which engagement you actually need
Is monthly cheaper than quarterly?
Usually it is the same service on a different billing cycle. Convert both to an annual number before comparing: quarterly at $100–$225 per visit is $400–900 a year, which lines up with the lower monthly tiers.

Common questions
Can I pay annually and save?
Often, yes. January–February is the shoulder season. Operators discount annual contracts 10–20% off list to fill the calendar before swarm season.
What happens if pests appear between visits?
With most good local operators, free re-treatment. It is a standard inclusion locally and frequently absent from national contracts — worth asking about explicitly.
