How We Research Pricing

We are a referral service, not a pest control contractor — we may be paid when you call. Full disclosure.

Nobody in this market publishes prices. Operators write “call for a free quote”, which leaves you comparing numbers with no baseline. This page explains where every figure on this site comes from, and what we do when sources contradict each other.

Where the numbers come from

Published 2026 industry pricing guides, operator-stated pricing, and Georgia-specific cost research. Every range on this site traces to a specific source. If a number appears anywhere here that we cannot attribute, that is an error and we want to know.

When sources disagree, we publish the spread

This happens more than you would expect. One 2026 guide puts a liquid termite treatment on a 2,000 sq ft home at a $1,150 midpoint. Another puts the same job at $1,900. Both are credible. Neither is lying.

The usual response is to pick whichever number suits the page. We publish both and say so. A range you can trust is more useful than a precise figure you cannot.

What we will not do. We will not publish a Georgia price we cannot source to Georgia data. Where we only have national figures, we say that plainly rather than dressing them up as local.

How we choose which companies to list

Company profiles are built from public record — stated service areas, published specialisms, review counts, licensing and BBB status. We do not accept payment for placement or for a favourable write-up, and no company reviews its own page before publication.

We do earn a fee when a call connects through this site. That is disclosed at the top of every page, and it does not vary by which company you choose — which is deliberate, because a fee that varied by operator would give us a reason to steer you.

Corrections

Pricing moves, companies change hands, and review counts shift. If something here is out of date or wrong — particularly on a company profile — tell us and we will fix it. We would rather be corrected than confident.
