Transparency: What We Are, and How We Make Money
Every page on this site carries a one-line disclosure at the top. This is the long version, in one place, with nothing held back.
What we are
Cobb County Pest Solutions is a referral service, not a licensed pest control contractor. We do not perform pest control work. When you call a number on this site you are connected with an independent local company, and we may be paid a fee for that connection.
What we are not
- We do not hold a Georgia pest control Company License, we employ no technicians, and nobody from this site will come to your house.
- We are not owned by, affiliated with, or operated by any pest control company.
- We do not inspect properties, quote jobs, or perform treatment.
- We are not a review platform. Company profiles are our own assessment from public record, not aggregated user reviews.
How we are paid
We are paid a referral fee when a call placed through this site connects with a pest control company. You are never charged, and the price you are quoted is not affected by it.
- Companies cannot pay for placement, for a favourable write-up, or to have a competitor removed.
- Our fee does not vary by which company you choose. That is deliberate. A variable fee would give us a reason to steer you toward whoever paid more.
- No company sees its page before publication or has editorial input afterwards.
Why we publish prices at all
Because nobody else does. Search for what pest control costs in Georgia and you get operator pages saying “call for a free quote” and national aggregators quoting figures that are not Georgia numbers. Neither helps you recognise a bad quote when one lands in front of you.
Publishing ranges works against us in the narrow sense — a better-informed caller is a harder sell for whoever we connect you with. We do it because a site that only tells you to call is worth nothing, and because the ranges are the reason anyone would come back.
Where our figures come from
Published 2026 industry pricing guides, operator-stated pricing, and Georgia-specific cost research. Where published sources contradict each other — and on termite pricing they contradict each other by nearly double — we publish the full spread and say so. Our methodology page covers this in detail.
Corrections
Pricing moves, companies change hands, and review counts shift. Some of what is here will go stale before we catch it. If something is wrong — particularly on a company profile — tell us and we will fix it. We would rather be corrected than confident.

We do not perform pest control work and we are not paid to recommend any single company. Every price range on this site is drawn from published 2026 industry pricing data and operator quotes — and where sources disagree, we publish the full spread rather than the flattering end of it.
