Tell us the town and
what you are seeing

We are a referral service, not a licensed pest control contractor, and we do not perform the work. Fill this in and we connect you with one independent licensed company that works your city. We may be paid a fee for that connection. How we work, or start here if you want to read first.

There are no numbers on this site, because the company that comes to your house sets them and we are not that company. What this page can do is get you in front of somebody licensed, and tell you what to ask for when they arrive. The method itself is in the complete guide.

Thank you for your response. ✨

What you write goes to one licensed independent company that works your town. We do not hand it to four operators, we do not sell it on, and we do not add you to a mailing list. You are under no obligation at any point. How we work.

2  What to ask for when they arrive

Ask for these four things on paper. The measured linear footage of your foundation. The product by name, and whether it is repellent or non-repellent. Whether the warranty is retreatment-only or includes repair, and what the cap on it is. And what years two and three look like, in writing. A proposal that carries all four was calculated. One that carries none of them was not.

Two more are worth asking out loud while the inspector is still at the house: who actually does the work, your technician or a subcontractor, and will the inspection findings be written down, including the conducive conditions — the mulch above the brick ledge, the downspout at the footing, the blocked crawl vent. If you are likely to sell, ask whether the bond transfers and whether the repair tier survives the transfer.

Get two proposals and read them side by side. Two competent ones tell you more than a stack of five, and the place they disagree is almost always the measurement. The long version of all this is in how to choose a pest control company, and the work itself is described in the Marietta pest control guide.
